1. Analysis of installation process of gas detector

Installation process of gas detector: The installation of gas detector is a process involving multiple steps and details, and its correctness directly affects the accuracy and service life of the detector. The following is the installation process of a gas detector (taking the gas turbine flowmeter as an example):

First, be careful when preparing for loading and unloading: Gas turbine flowmeters are precision measuring instruments and must be carefully loaded and unloaded during transportation, storage, and operation to avoid collisions and drops.

. Check the impeller: Before installing the flowmeter into the pipeline, remove the adhesive tape at the flange inlet and outlet, and use air blowing to check whether the impeller rotates smoothly and flexibly.

2. Pipeline Cleaning and Preparation: Before installing the flowmeter, especially when installing it on a new or repaired pipeline, the pipeline should be cleaned to remove all slag, rust, and other pipeline debris to ensure the cleanliness of the pipeline.

. Avoid liquid residue: After the hydraulic static test of the pipeline, any liquid left in the pipeline will damage the internal parts of the turbine flowmeter. If hydraulic static testing is necessary, the turbine flowmeter must be replaced with a pipe section to ensure that no liquid remains in the upstream pipeline of the turbine flowmeter after hydraulic static testing. 3. Horizontal installation of flow meters: Flow meters should be installed horizontally, and flow meters with lubrication systems should ensure that the opening of the lubrication bottle is facing upwards during installation. Gas turbine flow meters with a nominal di

ameter DN ≤ 200 can be installed vertically, but during installation and use, the airflow direction should be from top to bottom. Requirements for straight pipe section: A straight pipe section with the same nominal diameter as the flow meter should be installed upstream of the turbine flow meter, with a length requirement of ≥ 2DN; at the same time, a straight pipe section or bent pipe with the same nominal diameter as the flow meter must also be installed downstream, with a total length requirement of ≥ 2DN. Requirements for tapered or expanding pipes: The opening angle of the tapered or expanding pipe upstream of the gas turbine flow inlet pipe cannot exceed 30 °. In order to ensure normal gas transportation and facilitate maintenance of the flowmeter, a bypass pipeline should be installed on the flowmeter installation pipeline.

Fourth, slow pressurization and start-up: Gas turbine flow meters should be pressurized and started slowly, as the impact load of quickly opening the valve often damages the impeller.

. Five crack gauge, welding and protection to avoid welding effects: If welding work needs to be done on the pipeline near the turbine flowmeter, the turbine flowmeter must be removed to avoid damage to the flowmeter due to high pipeline temperature. Wind and rain protection: For gas turbine flow meters installed outdoors, appropriate protective measures should be provided to prevent wind and rain. 6、 Flow control and calibration flow control: It is recommended that the actual flow rate of gas turbine flow meters should be within the range of 20% to 80% of the maximum rated flow rate of the flow meter. The gas turbine flowmeter is allowed to overload for a short period of time, but the actual large flow
