Solution: Check if the voltage of each circuit on the power circuit board (such as ± 12V, ± 24V) is normal to ensure stable power supply. The cause of cable connection problems: signal cables or power cables are not in good contact, open or short circuited. Solution: Reconnect the cable, check if the connector is loose, and confirm that the cable is not damaged. Reason for inconsistent liquid flow state: The liquid is not filled in the pipeline or the flow direction is incorrect, resulting in the inability to form effective induced electromotive force. Solution: Adjust the pipeline design to ensure that the liquid is full and the flow direction is consistent with the instrument identification. Reason for sensor malfunction: Scaring on the inner wall of the sensor, electrode corrosion, or component damage.
