1. Wiring Instructions for Vortex Flow Meter
The vortex flow meter sensor adopts a three line inspection system: power supply, signal, and power ground. Use three core shielded cables. The shielded wire is connected to the housing ground at one end of the sensor. Do not connect the secondary instrument terminal to the ground. Connect the three cores to the power supply, signal, and ground of the monitoring (Ω) power supply respectively. The transmitter in Figure 10 is a two-wire system: using a two core cable, the "+" and "-" terminals of the vortex flowmeter are respectively connected to the+24V and the "+" terminal of the test instrument signal input, and the "-" terminal of the signal is connected to the 24VDC "-" terminal. The output of this circuit is 4-20mA. See Figure 11
2. Share the wiring method of the two-wire system of the vortex flowmeter?
For the two-wire wiring method of the vortex flowmeter, please refer to the attached diagram. When you open the junction box, you can see a row of wiring terminals on the green circuit board. The first group is connected to the positive+24V power line, and the second group is connected to the current output signal accompanying wire. The two-wire wiring method here is 24V+and current I+. If this is a combination wiring, that is, the wiring method for the 4-20mA output of the two-wire system, be sure to pay special attention when wiring and do not connect it incorrectly.
3. Why is there only 24V for vortex power supply?
Vortex flowmeter is a type of transmitter, which mainly includes temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level and other categories.
; In addition to the interference reasons mentioned by Lead Xian upstairs, there a
1. Transmitter instruments need to enter the DCS or PLC system to obtain information. The most convenient connection method for these systems is a two-wire instrument (24V without power supply, the circuit is directly connected in series with a 250 ohm high excitation impedance to measure the signal).
2. The vortex flowmeter itself does not require too high power, a two-wire system is sufficient, and it can also be equipped with HART protocol, which means that two wires can have 24V+4~20mA+HART.

4、 The transmitter is powered by 220V, and there are two main possibilities:
1. Special on-site requirements or user customization;
2、 For instruments with high power consumption such as electromagnetic flowmeters, it is not meaningful to use 24V (a 24V power supply can only carry a few instruments and the circuit voltage drop is too large). 5. For two-wire vortex street flowmeters, 24V power supply actually refers to 10V~30V or 12~32V, depending on the manufacturer. 4. Why is power distribution required when connecting a Di Yuan vortex street flowmeter to a lubrication flow integrator? How to connect the power distribution lines? Wiring From the diagram, it can be seen that the wiring is done using a two-wire system, which means that there are only two wires from the module to the field instrument or transmitter. These two wires serve as both power and signal lines. Power distribution is to supply electricity to the vortex street. If there is no power supply, the vortex s
